Exchanges: (Customer Error)

HBS will be contacted before any exchanges take place through help@hollandbarstool.com

All exchanges will include HBS order number (number can be found on an invoice or order acknowledgement).

The fees for exchange are listed below.

Return of the unwanted cover is the responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned in new, unused, re-sellable condition.

Shipping for all covers $17

Tire Covers:

Same cost exchange $15

Price increase exchange $25

Grommets add $10

Grill covers:

Exchange for a larger size $30

Exchange for same or smaller size $25

TV Covers:

Exchange for larger size $35

Exchange for same or smaller size $30

Pool Table Cover:

Exchange for larger size $35

Exchange for same or smaller size $30

**THIS IS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.  NO REFUND WILL APPLY TO ORIGINAL ORDER**  THESE FEES COVER THE COST OF MAKING A NEW COVER AND SHIPPING. 

EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ORIGINAL IS RETURNED.
